Terms & Conditions
1.1.- The delivery will be made by mail to the address you provide us.
1.2.- The maximum camera aperture shall be 75º to ensure the correct visualization of your projects.
1.3.- For any type of service, it is understood that you accept the terms of the CONTRACT when acquiring the same.
2.1- Renders.GO products and prices are based on the following conditions:
GENERAL:
- The stipulated price is for 1 IMAGE / 1 SCENE, however we have complementary products so that you can complete a scene with two images in case you need them.
- The pre-meeting and (if any) the modification meeting will be online and will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
- The drawings must be correctly measured, in case they are not in AutoCAD, they must have at least 3 measurements for the correct development of the project.
- Deadlines are approximate and may vary depending on demand, and may be advanced or delayed (no more than two working days).
- The "extras" hired would be part of the project, so the contractual agreement would be the same.
- The maximum size of a scene is 60m2 for homes and 80m2 for offices. If you wish to make images of a larger scene, we may charge an additional fee depending on the size and complexity of the scene. If this is your case, please contact us for a quotation.
- The standard resolution in which we deliver the images is 2048x1365 px. If you need another ratio, just indicate it in the project information.
SUBSCRIPTION:
- The minimum subscription period is 3 MONTHS.
- The interior design will be carried out by our interior design team based on the references provided by the client. Except for the STUDIO subscription, in which the design is 100% customized.
PROJECTS (XS-XL):
- The interior design will be carried out by our interior design team based on the references provided by the client.
HOME STAGING:
- Photos to be rendered will be returned in the same resolution as the original photo.
3.1.- Deadlines are approximate and may vary depending on demand, and may be advanced or delayed (no more than two working days).
3.2.- The deadline will begin to count once the initial meeting to close the scope of the project is concluded. In case you do not need a meeting, we will start once we receive the complete documentation.
3.3.- The projects that due to the deadline have weekend delivery and due to the volume of work we cannot deliver on Friday, will be delivered between Monday and Tuesday. If you need weekend delivery, please contact us.
4.1.- In order for our team to be able to produce your images, it is necessary that the project information is filled in correctly. For this we have made available to the client a folder with examples of a project so that he can take it as a reference. Remember that we will start working on your project once the information of your project is available on our servers and the deadline will begin to count from that moment.
5.1.- Payment must be made in full before the start of the project. We accept payment by credit card and PayPal.
6.1- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once we have started your project. However, if there are any problems with the final product, we will do our best to address them.
